Housing Foundation of Islamic Revolution,
is an Isalamic Revolutions's organ that is formed in
government's politics and programs according to the order of Imam Khomeini,Great Leader of
Islamic Revolution ,in order to supply the deprived dwelling specially rural people.
In this way Housing Foundation of Qom town changed its name to Islamic Reveloution's Housing Foundation of Qom province after announcing Qom as a province in 1375(H.S). |

In the name of God Honoured nation,braive and champion brothers and sisters,God help you,now we are reaching to a sensitive step of our Islamic Revolution ,the period in which we should provide iranian oppressed and deprived people with outcome of our revolution. The period in which you should feel the justice glory in establishement The period in which we should all help eachother to remove poverty and depriviation roots. you honoured iranian people overcomed greatly in a campaighn against colonization and exploitation and could defeat Shah's regime by trusting God,word unity,total participation and could frighten Powers. You should now mobilize for general campaign against poverty and depriviation,and with God's help, bend over backwards to save the poor. In detested Pahlavi regime dwelling problem was one of our tragical social problems. Many people were unable to buy a part of ground and a house and many were under exploitation of banks and robbers and plunders for a lifetime to supply a shelter themselves and their children. Many of the poor were deprived of having a house too and were living in the corners of dark anrrow rooms and should use great parts of their low income for renting them and this sinister inheritance is remainedfor us and now the society is suffering form this affliction . Islamic regime won't bare such discrimination and cruelty and anyone's least right is owning a house. The ground problem should be solved and all people should use this gift of God ,should own hause. Nobody in this country should be deprived of house. Islamic government is bound to find a solution for this problem and the people are to cooperate in this field. I open an account numbered one hundred(100) in all branches of Banke-E-Melli and invite all abled people to pay money to this account to help the deprived dwelling and to select a group of three men from engineers and cilil buliding experts and house building and one clergy and one gvernment represantative everywhere to build cheap houses by economy and care and leve the over to the deprived and no money should be paid for the ground in this plan . I hope all great owners help this human and islamic activity and give residental and nice-located grounds to this project and also anyone who has ability in sypplying variant building materials help this islamic service and working force should act widely and the government take necessary decisions in sypplying water and eceltricity power and asphalt and going and returning traffic and school and hospital and othe public demands. The Poor Foundation: The Poor Foundation should help this project too and use requisited assets of Pahlavi Family and Shah's relatives and the government should provide some projects to solve this problem in its general and long-term plans too and now this should be a new experience of mobilizing social faith force in islamic cooparation and campaign against depriviation that the nation should succeed it with GOd helps.
